at the Joint Mathematics Meetings in San Antonio.You will have the
opportunity to leave your child(ren) with professionals who are
dedicated to making them safe and happy. Attend sessions with peace
of mind knowing your child(ren) are having fun with other children
in a safe environment.

We are bringing you one of the most successful children programs
in the country:
KiddieCorp Children's Program
is an organization that has been providing high quality programs
to children of all ages at conventions, trade shows, and corporate
events throughout the United States and Canada since 1986. It has
enjoyed a long-time partnership with the American Academy of Pediatrics,
which has helped to establish KiddieCorp as a premier provider of
event children's program services. Read all about them here.
goal is to provide your children with a comfortable, safe and happy
experience. Their staff to child ratios are high to ensure that
every child feels special (1:2 infants; 1:3 toddlers; 1:5 school
age). KiddieCorp team members are selected according to their integrity,
experience, education and enthusiasm. They must be wonderful with
kids! You will feel secure knowing that the KiddieCorp team is bonded
and that they carry ample liability insurance.
activity planning is based around the program hours and ages of
children. Activities include exciting themes, arts & crafts,
group games, music & movement, board games, story time, dramatic
play, etc. KiddieCorp provides activities appropriate for each age
group, using safe, sturdy equipment that you can feel comfortable
with. Children can make their own choices with KiddieCorp's program.
When, For Whom
This program is for children ages 6 months through 12 years old.
Space per day will be limited. The dates of the meeting
are Thursday - Sunday, January 12 - 15, 2006. The dates and times
for the program are January 12- 15, 2006, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
each day. It will be located at the Hilton Palacio del Rio in
San Antonio, TX. If you would like to know how many children
will be in the same age group as your child's, please call KiddieCorp.
are encouraged to bring snacks and beverages for their children
but items such as juice boxes, cheerios, and crackers will be provided.
KiddieCorp can arrange meals for children at cost plus 15% or parents
can be responsible for meals for their children. Parents who
have questions about specific programs that will be offered or specific
requests, rules, or needs for their children must call KiddieCorp
ahead of time.
registration fee is $25 per family (nonrefundable). Additional
cost will be $8 per hour per child or $6 per hour per child for
graduate students. Parents must be registered for the JMM to
participate. These reduced child care rates are made possible to
the meeting participant by the American Mathematical Society and
the Mathematical Association of America.
parents do not pick up their children on time as scheduled or at
the end of the day if scheduled (no later than 5:00 pm), they will
be charged a late fee of $5.00 per child for every 15 minutes
must be made to KiddieCorp prior to December 22, 2005 for a full
refund. Cancellations made after that date will be subject to
a 50% cancellation fee. Once the program has begun, no refunds will

Parents must also be registered for the JMM to register for this
service. Again, space is limited, so registrations are only
guaranteed if received by KiddieCorp by the pre-registration deadline
of December 22, 2005----extended to January
5, 2006. KiddieCorp must receive both the registration
and consent form with payment in full to hold reservations. Although
every effort will be made to accommodate late or on-site registrations,
there is no guarantee that KiddieCorp will accept children unless
they are pre-registered. Late or on-site registrations will be accepted
based on space availability only. Parents who are not signed up
but require daycare services at the meeting, should inquire about
availability at the Registration Desk.

accepted on-site if space is available.)
and the JMM reserve the right to limit participation of children
whose presence or behavior may disrupt KiddieCorp's program or endanger
the health or safety of others.
