All
reservations must be made through the Mathematics Meetings Service Bureau
(MMSB). Participants must register in advance in order to obtain hotel
accommodations through the MMSB. Special meeting rates have been negotiated
at the following hotels. These rates apply exclusively to reservations
made through the MMSB.
To
make a reservation, please submit a completed housing section of the Advance
Registration/Housing (ARH) Form (paper or electronic) with a guarantee
by November 14---Extended to November 28.
Sorry, reservations cannot be taken by phone.
Please note that all room blocks have been released
back to the hotels as of December 16. Please call the hotels directly
with all changes and cancellations. If you need a new reservation, please
call the hotels directly to see if there is any availability. Rates may
