Please send email to the MMSB at mmsb@ams.org to cancel registrations. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations after December 28, 2007, 11:59 pm EST. If you are requesting a refund due to extenuating circumstances, please include details in your message. All requests will be reviewed and processed after the meeting. All hotel changes and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotels. All other registration transactions must be made at the Registration Desk in San Diego. This includes picking up or replacing your badge and program. ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THE MEETING. The Joint Meetings Registration Desk (JMRD) will be located in Hall B1, San Diego Convention Center (SDCC). It will be open between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Saturday (1/5); 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday (1/6), Monday (1/7), Tuesday (1/8); and 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday (1/9). Messages can be left at the desk starting on Saturday (1/5) WHEN IT OPENS. That number is 619-525-6205. If you have a specific question or problem and the desk is not open, please call the Providence office at 401-455-4143 or 401-455-4144 (BEFORE 1/3/08) or 401-455-4138 (AFTER 1/3/08) or send email to mmsb@ams.org. Someone will respond as soon as possible. The Registration Desk for the AMS and MAA Short Courses will be located on the upper level of the SDCC outside rooms 5A/5B. This desk will be open on Friday, January 4, from 8:00 am to Noon
