Deadline for Reservations Passed
The deadline to make new reservations and changes to old reservations through the Mathematics Meetings Service Bureau (MMSB) has passed. Please call all hotels listed below directly after December 19, 2012. All housing blocks have been released to the hotels and the MMSB can no longer take housing requestss. Due to cancellations, some rooms may open up in the hotels listed on the hotel page; however, we cannot guarantee that they will offer the meeting rates listed. You may also want to check the San Diego visitor's site at http://www.sandiego.org/plan-your-trip/visitor-information.aspx for availability at other hotels in the city. Please contact the MMSB at mmsb@ams.org if you have any questions or concerns.

- Reservations through MMSB: December 17- (extended several times)
- Changes/Cancellations through MMSB: December 17 (extended several times)
Complimentary Room Drawing
All participants who register and reserve a room at any of the official JMM hotels by November 5, 2012, will automatically be included in a random drawing to select a winner of free room nights in that hotel. The number of drawings is based on the number of complimentary room nights available in the various hotels. Multiple occupancy is permissible. The winners will be drawn at random from the hotel reservation lists and notified by email or phone prior to December 17, 2012. Good luck!
