KiddieCorp Children's Program
Who
is KiddieCorp?
KiddieCorp
is an organization that has been providing high quality programs
to children of all ages at conventions, trade shows, and corporate
events throughout the United States and Canada since 1986. It has
enjoyed a long-time partnership with the American Academy of Pediatrics,
which has helped to establish KiddieCorp as a premier provider of
event children's program services. Read all about them here.
Commitment
KiddieCorp's
goal is to provide your children with a comfortable, safe and happy
experience. Their staff to child ratios are high to ensure that
every child feels special (1:2 infants; 1:3 toddlers; 1:5 school
age). KiddieCorp team members are selected according to their integrity,
experience, education and enthusiasm. They must be wonderful with
kids! You will feel secure knowing that the KiddieCorp team is bonded
and that they carry ample liability insurance.
Activities
All
activity planning is based around the program hours and ages of
children. Activities include exciting themes, arts & crafts,
group games, music & movement, board games, story time, dramatic
play, etc. KiddieCorp provides activities appropriate for each age
group, using safe, sturdy equipment that you can feel comfortable
with. Children can make their own choices with KiddieCorp's program.
Where,
When, For Whom
This program is for children ages 6 months through 12 years old.
Space per day will be limited. The dates and times for the
program are January 5 - 8, 2005, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each
day. It will be located at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta in Atlanta,
GA. Parents are encouraged to bring snacks and beverages for their
children but items such as juice boxes, cheerios, and crackers will
be provided. KiddieCorp can arrange meals for children at cost plus
15% or parents can be responsible for meals for their children.
Cost
The
registration fee is $25 per family (nonrefundable). Additional
cost will be $8 per hour per child or $6 per hour per child for
graduate students. Parents must be registered for the JMM to
participate. These reduced child care rates are made possible to
the meeting participant by the American Mathematical Society and
the Mathematical Association of America.
If
parents do not pick up their children on time as scheduled or at
the end of the day if scheduled (no later than 5:00 pm), they will
be charged a late fee of $5.00 per child for every 15 minutes
thereafter.
Cancellations
must be made to KiddieCorp prior to December 8, 2004 for a full
refund. Cancellations made after that date will be subject to
a 50% cancellation fee. Once the program has begun, no refunds will
be issued.
Registration
Please
register directly with KiddieCorp for this program. To register,

or call KiddieCorp at (858) 455-1718 to request a form. Parents

You may register for the JMM by clicking here.
Again, space is limited, so registrations are only guaranteed if
received by KiddieCorp by the pre-registration deadline of December
8, 2004. KiddieCorp must receive both the registration and consent
form with payment in full to hold reservations. Although every effort
will be made to accommodate late or on-site registrations, there
is no guarantee that KiddieCorp will accept children unless they
are pre-registered. Late or on-site registrations will be accepted
based on space availability only.
KiddieCorp
accepts credit cards, checks and money orders only. (Cash will be
accepted on-site if space is available.)
KiddieCorp
and the JMM reserve the right to limit participation of children
whose presence or behavior may disrupt KiddieCorp's program or endanger
the health or safety of others.
