Nomination Procedure: Nomination letter which includes concrete examples of extraordinary mentoring (maximum three pages) and curriculum vitae or biosketch of nominee (maximum three pages). The strongest nominations would also incorporate three to four testimonials or letters of support from colleagues, students, and mentees. A list of current and previous mentees is also encouraged.
